Revealing vanilla’s richest aroma

Every stage is carefully managed to ensure the highest quality.

1 Cultivation

Cultivation

The vanilla plants are grown in diversified agroforestry systems alongside fruit and timber trees and nourished with locally produced biofertilizers, free from any type of chemicals.

2 Hand Pollination

Hand Pollination

About three years after planting, the vanilla orchids start to flower. Each vanilla flower blooms for just one day and is hand-pollinated at dawn to ensure it develops into a high-quality vanilla bean.

3 Harvest

Harvest

Mature green vanilla beans are harvested nine months after pollination and are transported to the curing center for processing.

4 Controlled Curing

Controlled Curing

The collected beans are cured over a period of 3-4 months, involving a controlled process of killing, sweating, drying, and conditioning to develop their complex aroma.
